sac in the village of Ennerdale Bridge within the Lake District National Park.

A delightful and very comfortable three bedroomed cottage.
This spacious property sleeps five plus cot. It has private parking for
two cars and enjoys a beautiful spacious sunny patio area with table, chairs,
sun loungers and barbecue. The village’s two excellent pubs are within
a two minute walk.
Ennerdale Bridge is on the Coast to Coast Walk & Cycle (C2C) routes
and Ennerdale Water is only a mile away. The Ennerdale valley and surrounding
area is a haven for walkers with Loweswater, Crummock water and Buttermere
just to the North and Wastwater a short drive to the south. Great Gable,
Skiddaw, Blencathra, High Stile and Scafell Pike are all within easy reach.

The property is all electric and is decorated to a high standard
and very well furnished with night storage heating throughout the property.
The property is non smoking and no pets are allowed.

Kitchen / Dining Room – fully fitted kitchen with Fridge / Freezer,
Microwave, Oven with ceramic hob, Dishwasher, Washer / Dryer and comprehensive
range of cooking utensils.
Bathroom – newly installed luxury bathroom – Walk in Shower,
built in white WC and handbasin, underfloor heating, heated towel rail, shaver
socket and extractor fan.

Bedroom 1 – Double bedroom with large wardrobe, chest of drawers,
side tables with lights.
Electric blankets available.
Bedroom 2 – Twin bedroom fitted with full size pull out bunk bed and
wardrobe. Electric blankets available.

Hall cupboard – walk in cupboard with ample storage space.Rear door
opening out onto patioed, private rear garden.Cot and payphone available.

The cottage is situated at the end of a small, quiet, well kept cul de sac
of 6 properties and has a large stone built, integrated car port with space
behind for a further vehicle on the drive.The rear garden is patioed and is
equipped with table, chairs, sun loungers and brick built barbecue. The garden
shed houses most of the garden furniture when not in use.
Please note
All prices include electric, bed linen and towels.
The village has a children’s park within a two minute walk but please
note that the village has no shops. The town of Cleator Moor is within a 10
minute drive and has a supermarket, shops, chemists, bank, post office etc.
– turn right out of the cul de sac, follow the road until the T junction
entering Cleator Moor, turn right and immediately left and you are in the
main shopping area. The Somerfield supermarket is approx. a quarter of mile
along this street on your left.If you wish to order a grocery pack please
